# Email Preferences

## How to Manage Email Subscriptions

**You can only manage email subscriptions for reports you have subscribed to.** For full access to Liquid & Grit's suite of tools, contact your admin or email support at <support@liquidandgrit.com>.

1. From [my.liquidandgrit.com](https://my.liquidandgrit.com), click on "My Account."
2. Click "Manage Email Delivery Preferences" at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select the subscriptions you would like to have delivered to your email.
